How Do I Book A Pet Taxi?
CALL OR TEXT: The fastest way will be to call or text. We will need your pets information so for the first time completing a new customer form will be needed.
ADVANCED NOTICE: At least a 48-hour notice is needed for standard rides. A 50%
deposit is required when you reserve your ride. A 24-hour notice is required to get a
deposit refund.
URGENT BOOKINGS: Call or text directly for same day urgent medical trips.
PAYMENT METHOD: Venmo, Zelle, Debit Cars, Credit Cards. Once we have you in our system we can text or email the Invoice and you can pay directly from your phone.
