Getting started is easy. Simply complete our scheduling form, call or text Tail Blazers to check for availability.
We'll Confirm the pickup location, appointment time destination and any special instructions we should know before the trip.
2. We Pick Your Pet Up
On appointment day, your pet chaperone picks up your pet and makes sure they are safely and comfortably secured for transportation.
We can also bring along items needed for the appointment, such as veterinary paperwork, vaccination records, medications or requested samples that you have prepared for the visit.
Then its's off to the appointment with your pet safely in our care.
3. We Stary With Your Pet During the Appointment
This is where a pet chaperone is different from a standard pet taxi.
Instead of simply dropping your pet off, we stay with them through the appointment. We can sit with your pet in the waiting room, accompany them into the exam room, and provide a familiar, reassuring presence while they are away from you.

How Do I Book A Pet Chaperon?
Prefered FORM SUBMITION or CALL OR TEXT: The fastest way will be to call or text. We will need your pets information so for the first time completing a new customer form will be needed.
ADVANCED NOTICE: At least a 48-hour notice is needed for standard rides. A 50%
deposit is required when you reserve your ride. A 24-hour notice is required to get a
deposit refund.
URGENT BOOKINGS: Call or text directly for same day urgent medical trips. We are not an emergency service and do not provide medical care.
PAYMENT METHOD: Venmo, Zelle, Debit Cars, Credit Cards. Once we have you in our system we can text or email the Invoice and you can pay directly from your phone.
